应用玻璃微电极技术测定结果表明:卡死克对东亚飞蝗脑神经分泌细胞自发性电活动具有明显的抑制作用。处理组4龄若虫饲毒后第4天间脑部位的Ⅱ、Ⅲ类脑神经分泌细胞数量比正常组的减少约75%,而且细胞放电活动强度平均降低约0.5~1.0mv.振幅,放电频率平均减少约5~10次/s。
The results of glass microelectrode technique show that the death of card can significantly inhibit the spontaneous electrical activity of neuronal secretory cells of Locusta migratoria manilensis. The number of secreted neurons of type Ⅱ and Ⅲ neurons secreted by the fourth instar nymphs on the fourth day after treatment in the treated group decreased by about 75% compared with that of the normal group, and the average discharge intensity of the cells decreased about 0.5 ~ 1.0mv. Amplitude, discharge frequency decreased by an average of about 5 to 10 times / s.
