培训方式的创新是提升成人培训效果的重要手段。作为一种有效的培训方式,“破冰”活动如今在教育培训活动中被广泛采用,并日益成为教育培训的新潮流。在干部培训中引入“破冰”活动是为了通过教师技巧性的引导和选择性地加入游戏打破不相识学员间的隔膜,促进培训学员之间尽快建立联系,进而感受团队合作精神。“破冰”活动需要借助游戏、舞蹈以及故事、情景、角色等形式多样的方式,充分发挥培训师在“破冰”活动中的积极作用,通过奖惩激励的方式,强化学员对活动的主动参与,进而到达培训的最佳效果。
The innovation of training methods is an important means to enhance the effectiveness of adult training.
