急性发病的脑出血组21例(死亡者5例),脑梗塞组28例(大面积5例),对照组16例。给以小剂量的ACTH和地塞米松,测定兴奋试验前,后和抑制试验后的血浆皮质醇水平。结果是脑出血组和脑梗塞组均比对照组增高,P值分别是P<0.001,P<0.001,P<0.001和P<0.001,P<0.001,P<0.05;脑出血死亡组和恢复组比较;大面积脑梗塞组和腔隙性梗塞组比较,以上三项皮质醇水平也有显著或极显著差异,本研究证明急性期脑血管病时下丘脑—垂体—肾上腺皮质轴应激活性增强,其程度与病情轻重呈正相关。
There were 21 cases of acute cerebral hemorrhage (5 deaths), 28 cerebral infarction (large area 5 cases) and 16 cases of control group.
