在水解水热法制备锐钛矿型纳米TiO_2的基础上,通过改进尿素均匀沉淀法制备了锐钛矿型TiO_2/ZnO纳米复合颗粒。利用X射线衍射(XRD)分析、透射电镜(TEM)与扫描电镜(SEM)分析、X射线能谱(EDS)等对纳米TiO_2/ZnO复合颗粒进行表征,并对TiO_2/ZnO纳米复合颗粒的紫外、红外区电磁吸收性能进行了研究。结果表明:随着钛含量增加,锐钛矿型TiO_2/ZnO复合颗粒在中波紫外区吸收性能略有增强,但在长波紫外区段,其吸收效果不及单纯纳米ZnO颗粒;在红外光谱中,TiO_2/ZnO复合颗粒在近红外区的吸收能力较纯ZnO颗粒大大增强。
Anatase TiO 2 / ZnO nanocomposite particles were prepared by hydrothermal modification of anatase TiO 2. The nano-sized TiO 2 / ZnO composite particles were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) , Infrared electromagnetic absorption properties were studied.
