一、前言众所周知,石灰石砂具有许多无可争议的优点因而获得了十分迅速的发展。在我国应用石灰石砂生产的铸钢件已超过了百万吨。当然这一新的砂种在最初的生产实践中必然会暴露出一些它特有的问题,诸如:1,铸钢件鼓涨并由此而产生的铸件增重,几何形状和尺寸的变化。2、汽孔、渣汽孔。3、涨裂,微裂及蚯蚓状突起。4、浇铸时产生CO中毒。5、旧砂回用困难等。上述这些问题如果不能在生产实践中及时采取措施予以解决必然会影响到它的进一步发展。本文认为:无视石灰石砂所具备的独特优点,
First, the preamble As we all know, limestone sand has many indisputable advantages and thus obtained very rapid development. In China, the production of castings of limestone sand has exceeded one million tons. Of course, this new type of sand will inevitably reveal some peculiar problems in its initial production practices, such as: 1, casting steel bulging and resulting casting weight gain, geometry and size changes. 2, steam holes, slag steam hole. 3, rose cracked, cracked and earthworm-like protrusions. 4, when casting CO poisoning. 5, old sand reuse difficulties.
