设计了用于高温中等质量分数硫酸介质的新型合金铸钢的化学成分 ,用金相显微镜、X射线衍射、透射电镜、电子探针显微分析手段和多种腐蚀试验方法研究了析出相的种类、结构、成分、形貌和分布以及钢的腐蚀行为。新型钢经 1 1 50℃固溶处理后可得到单相奥氏体组织 ,在质量分数为50 % ,温度为 80℃的硫酸介质中具有优良的耐蚀性 ,较好的抗晶间腐蚀、点蚀与电化学腐蚀能力 ,同时具有良好的综合力学性能和铸造性能。
The chemical composition of a novel alloy steel for medium temperature sulfuric acid medium was designed. The types of precipitated phases were studied by means of metallographic microscope, X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, electron probe microscopic analysis and various corrosion tests , Structure, composition, morphology and distribution as well as the corrosion behavior of steel. The new steel can be obtained by solution heat treatment at 1 1 50 ℃ single phase austenite, the mass fraction of 50%, a temperature of 80 ℃ sulfuric acid medium has excellent corrosion resistance, better resistance to intergranular corrosion, Pitting and electrochemical corrosion capabilities, at the same time has a good overall mechanical properties and casting performance.
