正常小白鼠皮下注射异丙基肾上腺素(2.5微克/20克体重)后血浆cAMP含量迅速升高,10分钟后达到高峰。小鼠每天经胃管灌服附子肉桂煎剂一次,连续5~6天后,异丙基肾上腺素引起的cAMP升高比不用药组升高更明显。两组作配对比较,P<0.05。上述结果表明,助阳药附子肉桂能提高机体cAMP系统对异丙肾的反应性。我们过去的临床研究曾发现多种疾病的阳虚病人血浆cAMP含量降低,助阳方剂能使之升高。本文结果亦可证明。
