花生种子劣变过程中,过氧化物含量增高,用20%PEG6000(聚乙二醇)在10~15℃处理中等活力花生种子8小时后,其过氧化物含量下降。随PEG处理时间增加(12、24、48小时),种子的过氧化物含量逐渐上升。用PEG处理72、96、120小时,种子发芽率有所下降。种子外渗液的电导率,种子活力指数,幼苗生物量和过氧化物含量也相应变化。因此,应用PEG时,除适宜浓度外,还应选择适宜的处理时间。
During the deterioration of peanut seeds, the content of peroxide increased, and the peroxide content of medium vigor peanut seeds treated with 20% PEG6000 (polyethylene glycol) at 10-15 ℃ for 8 hours decreased. As the PEG treatment time increased (12, 24, 48 hours), the peroxide content of the seeds increased gradually. With PEG treatment 72,96,120 hours, the seed germination rate decreased. The conductivity of seed exudates, seed vigor index, seedling biomass and peroxide content also changed accordingly. Therefore, the application of PEG, in addition to the appropriate concentration, but also select the appropriate treatment time.
