We know that the chemical analysis of metal materials, if the sample is not complete, will result in inaccurate analysis. Conversely, if the dissolution time is too long, in addition to wasting time, the same may also cause greater analytical error. For example, when using volatile acid to dissolve the sample, if the sample is not dissolved for a long time due to the fear of incomplete dissolution of the sample, the solution acidity will be greatly reduced due to the volatilization of the acid, which will affect the determination result. Cast iron and some of the more carbon-rich grades of steel often result in turbid solutions (mostly greyish-black) due to more carbon-containing insolubles during the sample preparation when the analysis requires more sampling. At the end of the sample dissolution, not only can there be no sample particles present in the solution, but also the resolution of the bubble in the solution as water vapor bubbles or sample dissolution
