北 1 6油藏是低渗透非均质油藏 ,具有很强的水敏特性。油藏的天然能量较弱。油藏投入注水开发后 ,由于低渗 ,粘土膨胀 ,早期注水水质不合格等诸多因素的影响 ,造成了大批注水井欠注 ,在先后进行了系统提压 ,单井防膨 ,酸化 ,超声波 ,高能气体压裂 ,水基压裂等措施后 ,注水井注水不满足的现象仍十分严重。地层压力下降很快 ,递减难控制 ,稳产的难度很大。1 995年底进行了增注泵增注试验 ,因其性能稳定 ,操作方便 ,价格低廉 ,增注效果好而被很快推广 ,共有 1 2口注水井解决了欠注问题 ,增注、增油效果明显 ,开采形势迅速好转 ,取得了良好的经济、社会效益 ,为低渗油田解决注水困难的问题提供了新思路
