It is closely related to the pathogenesis of various diseases and has special functions for delaying aging. It is known that more than 80 enzyme activities in the human body are related to zinc. The level of zinc in cells maintains physiological processes of the body by regulating the activity of zinc-containing enzymes. Zinc deficiency can lead to degeneration or dysfunction of the gonad; zinc deficiency in pregnant women causes embryonic dysplasia of the brain; zinc deficiency in adolescents causes sexual maturation disorders. Zinc deficiency can indirectly suppress immune function. Excessive body zinc or zinc deficiency are prone to tumors. Zinc can reduce gastric acid secretion and inhibit carbonic anhydride in gastric secretion
