目的 :研究脂质体混悬液对荧光素钠在大鼠皮肤分布的影响。方法 :以0 125 %荧光素钠溶液为对照,在激光共聚焦显微镜下观察不同时间点0 125 %荧光素钠脂质体混悬液 (试验组 )荧光素钠在皮肤表皮、真皮分布的情况。结果 :试验组表皮及真皮荧光强度峰值与对照组比较均具有统计学差异 (P<0 05) ;试验组表皮及真皮内荧光强度值曲线下面积分别是对照组的2 09倍和2 4倍 ;试验组切片中毛囊周围的荧光强度值大于对照组。结论 :脂质体混悬液能使药物在皮肤组织中保持较高的浓度 ,从而提高其生物利用度 ;毛囊是脂质体制剂中药物扩散的重要途径。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of liposome suspension on the skin distribution of sodium fluorescein in rats. Methods: 0 125% sodium fluorescein solution was used as a control. The confocal microscope was used to observe the distribution of fluorescein sodium in the skin epidermis and dermis at 0 125% sodium fluorescein sodium suspension (experimental group) at different time points . Results: The peak of fluorescence intensity of epidermis and dermis in experimental group was significantly different from that in control group (P <0.05). The area under fluorescence intensity curve of epidermis and dermis in test group was respectively 209% and 24% of that in control group The fluorescence intensity of the hair follicles in the test group was larger than that of the control group. Conclusion: The liposome suspension can maintain the high concentration of drug in the skin tissue and improve its bioavailability. The hair follicle is an important route for drug diffusion in liposome preparations.
