据美国学者布勒斯洛和罗克经过对七千多人,连续5年的观察、研究发现,与人的寿命有密切关系的约有六个因素:①严格的饮食规律,每天三顿饭定时就餐,不吃零食。②每天必吃早餐。③每周进行两三次适度的运动。④每天保持7小时~8小时充足的睡眠。⑤不吸烟或者早戒烟,不酗酒。⑥保持正常的体重,不过胖也不过瘦。
According to the American scholar Bullerslook and Roque after more than 7000 people, for five consecutive years of observation, the study found that there are about six factors closely related to human life: ① strict diet, three meals a day Regular meals, do not eat snacks. ② eat breakfast every day. ③ two or three times a week for moderate exercise. ④ every day for 7 hours to 8 hours adequate sleep. ⑤ do not smoke or quit smoking as soon as possible, do not drink too much. ⑥ maintain normal weight, but too thin but also fat.
