通过使用强化奥氏体和实现基体珠光体化的方法来提高金属型D型石墨铸铁强度、硬度及耐磨性的试验研究.结果表明:强化奥氏体方法使σb达到540MPa以上;基体珠光体化后σb最高可达到480MPa,硬度值提高到HRC40左右,耐磨性得到极大改善.
EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON IMPROVING STRENGTH, HARDNESS AND ABRASION RESISTANCE OF METAL TYPE D GRAPHITE IRON BY USING STRENGTHENED AUSTENITIZATION AND REALIZING SUBSTRATE LAPPING. The results show that the strengthening austenite method can make the σb reach above 540MPa. The maximum σb can reach 480MPa after pearlite matrix, and the hardness value can be improved to about HRC40. The wear resistance is greatly improved.
