针对传统单片机控制系统或集散控制系统在恶劣现场环境下故障率高的缺点,提出利用基于Modbus协议的PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)组建DCS(Distributed Control System)远程供水监控系统。实践表明:组建的DCS系统稳定、可靠、故障率低,实现了控制现场PLC与上位机之间的通信,同时具有远程流量监测、远程智能仪表读数和远程切换控制等功能,提高了供水系统的自动化程度。
In view of the shortcomings of traditional SCM control system or distributed control system with high failure rate under harsh field conditions, this paper proposes the establishment of DCS (Distributed Control System) remote water supply monitoring system using PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) based on Modbus protocol. The practice shows that the DCS system is stable, reliable and low in failure rate. It realizes the communication between the PLC on the site and the host computer and has the functions of remote flow monitoring, remote intelligent meter reading and remote switch control, and improves the performance of the water supply system degree of automation.
