目的掌握马鞍山蚊虫构成及季节消长规律,为防治工作提供科学依据。方法在居民区、公园、医院、农户和牲畜棚环境采用诱蚊灯法进行调查,对捕获蚊虫进行种类鉴定,计算蚊虫构成比、密度,分析季节消长规律。结果蚊密度为2.66只/h,三带喙库蚊和淡色库蚊为优势种,分别占捕获总数的67.52%、19.74%。蚊密度最高的生境是牲畜棚(7.16只/h),其次是公园(1.30只/h)和农户(1.04只/h)。6-10月为高峰期,蚊虫密度与月均气温呈极显著正相关关系(R=0.91,P<0.01)。结论根据蚊虫的季节消长特点,在牲畜棚、公园和农户等重点场所加强消除孳生地和药物杀灭相结合的综合防蚊措施。
Objective To understand the composition and seasonal fluctuation of mosquitoes in Ma’anshan and provide a scientific basis for prevention and treatment. Methods The mosquito lamp method was used to investigate the environment of residential areas, parks, hospitals, farmer households and livestock sheds. The mosquito species were identified and the composition and density of mosquitoes were calculated. The seasonal variation of seasons was analyzed. Results The mosquito density was 2.66 / h, Culex tritaeniorhynchus and Culex pipiens pallens were the dominant species, accounting for 67.52% and 19.74% of the total number of catches respectively. The mosquito density was highest in livestock sheds (7.16 / h), followed by parks (1.30 / h) and farmer households (1.04 / h). There was a significant positive correlation between the mosquito density and the monthly mean temperature in June-October (R = 0.91, P <0.01). Conclusion According to the characteristics of the seasonal growth and decline of mosquitoes, comprehensive anti-mosquito measures to eliminate breeding grounds and drug killings should be strengthened in key places such as livestock sheds, parks and farmers.
