为了解圆弧波浪形筛板使用后原煤质量情况是否符合选煤要求,分别对原直条型筛板和圆弧波浪式筛板进行了筛分试验和沉浮试验,并对2种筛板应用过程中的原煤粒度组成和密度组成进行对比分析。数据结果显示,2种筛板筛分原煤的粒度分布、灰分基本稳定,原煤的密度组成也并未发生变化,证明了圆弧波浪形筛板筛分的原煤质量符合选煤系统要求,为后续研究提供前提保障。
