湖南省微生物所和湖南师院生物系等单位,从1973年起对白僵菌的灭蝉效果进行了研究,1979年通过了鉴定。经筛选证明,白僵菌 75-1、76-2二株致病力较强,对叶蝉成虫和各龄若虫均有较强的致病力。多年大田试验表明:每亩用白僵菌孢子粉2斤(含孢子量100亿/克)拌以30～50斤草木灰或细土撤施,施菌后7～9天,虫口下降 60～70％,最高达90％以上。施菌一个月后,仍有控虫作用。对稻田蜘蛛等天敌无杀伤作用。
Hunan Institute of Microbiology and Hunan Normal University Department of Biology and other units, from 1973 on Beauveria bassiana cicada effect was studied in 1979 passed the appraisal.
