根据温拌剂在热拌沥青混合料的研究成果,本文将温拌剂使用于现场就地热再生过程。温拌再生沥青与热拌再生沥青三大指标都符合要求,为对比不同拌合温度下温拌与热拌粘度差异,进行不同温度下动力粘度试验,120℃时Sasobit温拌再生组沥青粘度最小为0.8Pa·s,为了检验温拌再生混合料路用性能与热拌再生混合料之间的差异,将温拌组与热拌组沥青混合料路用性能对比中,分别进行高、低温稳定性、水稳定性试验,得知Sasobit温拌再生组高温稳定性最好,Evotherm温拌再生组次之,热拌再生组低温性能较好,三组水稳定性试验残留强度都高于90%。
According to the research results of warm mix asphalt in hot mix asphalt mixture, this paper uses warm mix agent in on-site thermal regeneration process.
