目的研究正常人眼视神经内的纤维分布,以探讨青光眼视神经损害发生的解剖基础。方法利用计算机图像分析系统,检测了15例正常人眼视神经内神经纤维的分布。结果视神经各分区神经纤维直径和密度分布不同,中央区较周边区、颞侧区较鼻侧区神经纤维密度大,平均直径小;颞下中心区纤维密度最大,小直径纤维成分最多,鼻侧周边区尤鼻上大直径纤维成分最多。结论视神经各分区均为不同大小纤维混合存在,可能与青光眼弥漫性视神经损害有关;视神经鼻侧及上方周边区含有较多大直径纤维,可能与视神经上下极局限性损害有关
Objective To study the distribution of fibers in the optic nerve of normal eyes to investigate the anatomic basis of optic nerve damage in glaucoma. Methods The distribution of nerve fiber in optic nerve of 15 normal subjects was detected by computer image analysis system. Results The distribution of nerve fiber diameter and density differed in each optic nerve. The density of central nerve fiber in the central region was higher than that in the peripheral region and the nasal region. The mean diameter was the smallest in the central region of the optic nerve. The surrounding area especially on the nose of the largest diameter of the largest fiber component. CONCLUSIONS: All optic nerve segments are mixed with different sizes of fibers, which may be related to diffuse optic nerve damage in glaucoma. The optic nerve contains more large diameter fibers in the nasal and upper peripheral areas, which may be related to the limitations of the optic nerve
