To accomplish this great article, it is necessary for the government to constantly innovate its thinking and constantly improve and perfect its management system and mechanism so as to achieve the strategic goal of obtaining land, urban and rural development and benefiting farmers. This paper selects Yulin, a major agricultural city in Guangxi, as the research object. By elaborating the status quo of government behavior in the comprehensive regulation of rural land in Yulin, some problems existing in its existence are explored, and then some countermeasures are put forward to provide references for the comprehensive management of rural land .
