对通钢2680m~3高炉干法除尘回收煤气降料面停炉进行了总结。通过有效控制风量、炉顶压力、炉顶温度,加快降料面速度,2号高炉实现了安全、快速停炉。整个停炉时间历时15小时14分,其中回收煤气8小时26分,占整个停炉时间的55%。此次2号高炉煤气成分化验,没有在降料面中起到指导作用,今后要研究完善煤气取样工作。
This paper summarizes the shutdown of dry-process dust removal and recovery gas from the 2680m ~ 3 blast furnace of Tonghua Steel. By effectively controlling the air volume, the pressure on the roof, the temperature of the top of the furnace, and the speed of the falling surface, the No.2 blast furnace realized safe and rapid shutdown. The entire shutdown time lasted 15 hours and 14 minutes, of which 8 hours and 26 minutes recovery of gas, accounting for 55% of the shutdown time. The blast furnace gas composition on the 2nd test did not play a guiding role in the expected surface, the future research to improve gas sampling.
