军官工资制度是关系军官的切身利益和社会政治地位以及国防建设的大事。影响军官工资制度的主要因素有两方面:就国家对军官工资整体而言,其分配标准受国民经济发展状况制约;就军队对单个军官工资分配的具体形式而言,这种分配形式又受一定社会发展阶段经济形式和与这种经济形式相适应的分配方式等影响。我军现行军官工资制度尽管经过多次修改,但其基本结构依据和标准变动并不大,因而,存在着一些不合理的现象。
