采用微波消解技术,建立了一种测定龙牙百合花中Mg、K、Ca、V、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu和Zn等10种微量矿质元素的ICP-MS法.研究表明,该方法简便、快速、灵敏,标准曲线的线性都较好,适合于龙牙百合微量矿质元素的测定.试样分析结果显示,龙牙百合花中含有丰富的矿质元素,特别是Ca、Fe与Zn.该方法为龙牙百合的利用提供有力的科学依据.
An ICP-MS method for determination of 10 trace mineral elements such as Mg, K, Ca, V, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu and Zn in the flower of Lilium asiatica was established by microwave digestion technique. The method is simple, rapid and sensitive, and the linearity of the standard curve is good, which is suitable for the determination of trace mineral elements of Aralia Lily.The sample analysis shows that the Aralia elata flower is rich in mineral elements, especially Ca, Fe and Zn The method provides a powerful scientific basis for the utilization of Aral Lily.
