本文用雌性W/Fu 大鼠观察和比较了转移性(SMT-2A)和非转移性(MT-100)大鼠乳腺肿瘤组的白细胞增多反应。在肿瘤接种后第3、4、5和6周,带转移瘤与带非转移瘤组的白细胞的绝对值相应地为对照组的3.34和2.67倍,5.3和4.5倍,6.2和4.5倍以及16.5和6.5倍。在两带瘤组中粒细胞的绝对值随肿瘤生长而平行增加,而对照组在整个实验过程中无明显改变。粒细胞的增加是肿瘤依赖性的。带非转移瘤组的粒细胞增加远较带转移瘤组为高。在两肿瘤组中虽均有白细胞总数增多,且以带非转移瘤组中为明显,但其增加与粒细胞绝对值增加相比时,两肿瘤组中均不显著,提示粒细胞增多部分与淋巴细胞减少有一定关系。这些变化与肿瘤转移的关系值得进一步研究。
In this paper, we observed and compared the leukocytosis response in the female W / Fu rats with metastatic (SMT-2A) and non-metastatic (MT-100) mammary gland tumors.
