目前,我国已位居世界第五大葡萄酒消费国,内地和香港地区合计年消费量达19亿瓶。进口红酒抢滩中国市场的同时,山寨产品、无牌产品、仿冒产品也纷纷出现。数据显示,进口葡萄酒占据国内零售市场份额25%以上,超过150个生产国正向我国出口葡萄酒。随着一些国家或中转贸易地区的酒类关税有较大幅度下调,数千种进口葡萄酒进入我国各消费层。解决各界关心的“假酒”问题,已是酒业发展的难点。日前,国家质检总局等七部门已联合下发通知,今年4月至12月,全国范围将联合开展以打击假冒白酒、葡萄酒为重点的酒类产品打假专项集中行动。据悉,葡萄酒行业准入条件也有望在年内“适时发布”。为此,记者采访了中粮酒业监管部主管陈晖、工作人员宁忠良,意在为读者提供参考。
