当前我国企业跨国经营模式有内向化模式和外向化模式两种。本文剖析了两种模式成功的关键因素,并提出了相应的人力资源管理策略。
At present, there are two types of inward-looking business model and outward-looking business model in Chinese enterprises. This article analyzes the key success factors of the two models and puts forward corresponding human resources management strategies.
