采用不同球磨工艺、烧结工艺和锻造工艺制备了粉末锻造钛基机械连杆,并进行了力学性能的测试与分析。结果表明,在试验条件下,随球磨转速从200 r/min增大至800 r/min,烧结温度从1000℃增大至1300℃,锻造温度从1000℃增大至1060℃,连杆抗拉强度和屈服强度均先增大后减小。优化的球磨速度、烧结温度和锻造温度分别为600 r/min、1250℃、1045℃。
Powder forged titanium-based mechanical connecting rods were prepared by different ball milling, sintering and forging processes, and the mechanical properties were tested and analyzed. The results show that the sintering temperature increases from 1000 ℃ to 1300 ℃ and the forging temperature increases from 1000 ℃ to 1060 ℃ with the ball milling speed increasing from 200 r / min to 800 r / min under the experimental conditions. Strength and yield strength both increase and then decrease. Optimized ball milling speed, sintering temperature and forging temperature were 600 r / min, 1250 ℃, 1045 ℃.
