目的:研究石见穿多糖注射液对Lewis肺癌小鼠的抑瘤率。方法:培育Lewis肺癌小鼠,腹腔注射石见穿多糖注射液和顺铂进行治疗,计算肿瘤抑制率。结果:与模型组比较,各给药组肿瘤生长抑制率均明显增高。结论:石见穿多糖注射液对于Lewis肺癌小鼠有明显治疗作用。 Objective: To study the inhibitory rate of Shi Zhi Chuan polysaccharide injection on Lewis lung cancer mice. Methods: Lewis lung cancer mice were inoculated intraperitoneally and treated with polysaccharide injection and cisplatin intraperitoneally to calculate the tumor inhibition rate. Results: Compared with the model group, the tumor growth inhibition rate of each administration group was significantly higher. Conclusion: Shi see through polysaccharide injection for Lewis lung cancer mice have obvious therapeutic effect.
