为了能够准确获知铝合金淬火厚板任意位置上的应力场分布状况,可运用解析方法求取厚板全局应力场。本文利用层削法、XRD应力测试和有限元应力仿真,提出基于表面应力分布和能量守恒原理,对7075铝合金轧制厚板体应力场进行离散解析描述。研究结果表明:通过在材料均匀区域进行的层削法应力实验和表面XRD应力测试,可以构建一个适用于整个厚板应力场描述的体应力场函数,该函数完成了对厚板全局应力分布的描述和预测,计算偏差小于20 MPa。
In order to accurately know the distribution of the stress field at any position of quenched aluminum alloy plate, the global stress field of the plate can be obtained by analytical method. Based on surface stress distribution and energy conservation principle, this paper describes the stress field analysis of 7075 aluminum alloy slab by means of discrete analysis of layering method, XRD stress and finite element stress simulation. The results show that through the stress-strain test and the surface XRD stress test conducted in a uniform region of material, a stress field function suitable for describing the stress field of the entire slab can be constructed. The function completes the global stress distribution of the slab Description and prediction, the calculated deviation is less than 20 MPa.
