安痛定每2ml可含: 匹拉米洞0.10克安替比林0.04克巴比妥0.01793克或巴比妥钠0.02克本品为不舍麻醉或植物鉴基的止痛镇靜剂,由巴比妥(破钠)、匹拉米洞、安替比林配合而成。本品的含量测定尚无法定方法,特别是匹拉米洞与安替、比林同时存在时,在分离上是比较困难的;徙能分离也比较麻烦,费时较多。在此制剂中,作者考虑不用分离,可直接测定各种成分的含量。巴比妥(或钠)采用银量法,匹拉米洞采用高錳酸钾法(如为巴比妥则用酸量法),安替比林则用黄血鉴沉淀重量法。这样操作比较方便省事,费时较少,一天内即可完成。经试验所得回收率较好,应用于样品也能得到满意的结果。
