目的探讨血β2微球蛋白、血中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin,NGAL)、尿肾损伤分子1(kidney injury molecule-1,KIM-1)等指标在对比剂肾病大鼠模型早期肾损伤诊断中的价值。方法选择成年雄性大鼠50只,随机分为实验组及对照组,接受相同预处理,接受对比剂前对各组实验动物模型内眦静脉抽血,代谢笼收集尿液,测定血β2微球蛋白、血NGAL、尿KIM-1。接受对比剂后2 h、4 h、6 h、12 h、24 h收集内眦静脉血和尿液,重复测定上述指标。结果与对照组比较,血β2微球蛋白,从大鼠接受对比剂后12 h开始明显升高(P<0.05);血NGAL从2 h开始明显升高(P<0.05),尿KIM-1从4 h开始明显升高(P<0.05)。结论血NGAL和尿KIM-1在对比剂肾病早期诊断中均具有较高价值。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum β2-microglobulin, neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (NGAL), and kidney injury molecule-1 (KIM-1) The value of nephropathy in early diagnosis of renal injury in rats. Methods Fifty adult male rats were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, received the same pretreatment, before receiving contrast agent, blood samples were collected from the cava of each experimental animal model, urine was collected by metabolic cage, Protein, Blood NGAL, Urine KIM-1. Intravenous blood and urine were collected 2 h, 4 h, 6 h, 12 h and 24 h after receiving contrast agent, and the above indexes were measured repeatedly. Results Compared with the control group, blood β2-microglobulin increased significantly from 12 h after receiving contrast agent (P <0.05), blood NGAL increased significantly from 2 h (P <0.05), and urine KIM-1 Significantly increased from 4 h (P <0.05). Conclusion Both blood NGAL and urine KIM-1 have high value in the early diagnosis of contrast-induced nephropathy.
