以锌铝等混合粉为扩渗源,通过热扩渗方法对纯镁进行了Zn-Al-RE三元共渗。通过氧化铈的催渗作用得到了成分不同的渗层,分析渗层中锌含量对渗层耐磨、耐蚀等性能的影响。结果表明:渗层中含有5%锌的渗层具有较好的综合性能。
Zn-Al-RE ternary permeation was carried out on the pure magnesium by the method of thermal diffusion, using zinc-aluminum mixed powder as the infiltration source. Through the cocatalytic oxidation of cerium oxide, the infiltrated layers with different composition were obtained. The influence of zinc content in the infiltrated layer on the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the infiltrated layer was analyzed. The results show that the infiltration layer containing 5% zinc has good comprehensive performance.
