以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚己内酯二醇、二羟甲基丁酸和季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯等为主要原料,掺杂表面处理后的金尾矿,利用原位聚合法制备聚氨酯乳液及薄膜材料,探讨了金尾矿质量对聚氨酯乳液稳定性及薄膜透光率、结晶性、耐水性、拉伸性能、热稳定性等性能的影响。结果表明,随着金尾矿质量的增加,聚氨酯乳液的稳定性下降,聚氨酯薄膜的结晶性增强,耐水性提高,透光率降低,热稳定性增加,拉伸强度先增大后减小,断裂伸长率始终呈现下降趋势。过量的金尾矿会影响到体系的相容性,使得吸水率减小幅度和透光率下降幅度均较小,甚至会使热稳定性有所下降。

Excess gold tailings will affect the compatibility of the system, making the decrease of water absorption rate and light transmission rate are smaller, and even reduce the thermal stability.
