我院自 1 998年 6月至 2 0 0 1年 6月收治糖尿病酮症酸中毒 (ＤＫＡ)合并肠梗阻 7例 ,现回顾分析如下 :一般资料 糖尿病酮症酸中毒合并肠梗阻病人 7例 ,均符合ＷＨＯ诊断标准 ,1型糖尿病 4人 ,2型糖尿病 3人。年龄为 1 7～ 65 (3 7± 2 2 7)岁 ,糖尿病史 5～ 2 0年不等。诱发
Our hospital from June 1998 to June 2001 admitted to diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) with intestinal obstruction in 7 cases, are retrospectively analyzed as follows: General information on diabetic ketoacidosis in patients with bowel obstruction in 7 cases, Are in line with the WHO diagnostic criteria, type 1 diabetes 4, type 2 diabetes 3.
