根据10kW风力机的工况,选取NREL中的S809翼型,分别采用Fluent软件和XFOIL法对其气动性能进行模拟分析,并将模拟结果与其风洞实验数据进行对比,结果显示XFOIL法具有更高的计算精度;根据叶片沿展长方向的不同要求,提出不同展长位置翼型的优化目标,采用XFOIL法中的反设计优化法,分别对不同位置的翼型进行优化;最后将优化后的翼型结构参数导入GH-Bladed软件,得到优化前后叶片风能利用系数与叶尖速比之间的关系,从而使优化后的翼型具有更宽的叶尖速比,叶片的气动性能得到改善,所得结果对10kW风力机叶片的设计具有指导意义。
According to the working condition of 10kW wind turbine, the S809 airfoil in NREL was selected, and its aerodynamic performance was simulated by Fluent software and XFOIL respectively.
