目的 探讨模糊聚类分析的方法应用于核素心肌断层显像。方法 对126例99mTc-MIBI心肌断层显像异常的病人,并且在一个月内行过冠状动脉造影的病人进行回顾性的分析,建立99mTc-MIBI心肌断层显像的各因素变量集,设立各因素变量的隶属度,权重及心肌缺血的诊断原型,将心肌缺血严重程度分为轻、中、重。计算出每个病人的各因素变量的模糊集合与心肌缺血严重程度原型的贴近度,确定其试验的心肌缺血的异常程度的诊断,并与冠状动脉造影比较。结果 应用模糊聚类分析126例99mTc-MIBI心肌显像结果,重度心肌缺血的39例中,冠状动脉造影提示左主干病变者3例,多支血管病变28例,单支病变8例;中度心肌缺血32例中,造影示多支血管病变17例,单支血管病变15例,而轻度缺血的55例中,造影示单支病变39例,多支病变7例,正常者9例。结论 模糊聚类分析方法分析核素心肌断层显像能较准确地反映冠状动脉的病变程度。
Objective To explore the method of fuzzy clustering analysis for radionuclide myocardial imaging. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 126 patients with 99mTc-MIBI myocardial perfusion imaging abnormalities who underwent coronary angiography in one month to establish the set of variables for 99mTc-MIBI myocardial perfusion imaging and to set up various variables The membership, weight and myocardial ischemia prototype, the severity of myocardial ischemia can be divided into light, medium and heavy. The closeness between the fuzzy set of each factor variable of each patient and the prototype of myocardial ischemia severity was calculated, and the diagnosis of the abnormality of myocardial ischemia was determined and compared with coronary angiography. Results The results of 99mTc-MIBI myocardial imaging in 126 cases of 99mTc-MIBI myocardial infarction were analyzed by fuzzy clustering. Among the 39 cases of severe myocardial ischemia, coronary angiography showed 3 cases of left main disease, 28 cases of multivessel disease and 8 cases of single vessel disease. 32 cases of myocardial ischemia, angiography showed multi-vessel disease in 17 cases, 15 cases of single vessel disease, and 55 cases of mild ischemia, angiography showed single vessel disease in 39 cases, multiple vessel disease in 7 cases, normal 9 cases. Conclusion The method of fuzzy clustering analysis of radionuclide myocardial tomography can accurately reflect the degree of coronary artery lesions.
