山西灵石石膏矿是一个坑下开采的中型矿山,有职工800余名。这个矿山党委一贯重视安全生产,放手发动群众,采取有效措施,确保安全生产,连续21年没出死亡事故。1981年完成石膏139471吨,比上年增长3.56%;销售2004788吨,比上年增长1倍多;掘进完成2014.7米,比上年增长1.43倍;成本由15.52元降低到14.41元;向国家上交利润27800元。这个矿搞好安全生产的主要经验是: 一、加强对安全生产的组织领导。从1962年起就层层建立了安全生产管理机构,以副矿长为主任建立了安全委员会,采区和车间设立安全领导组,班组设立安全员(副班组长兼)。
