通过一系列的实验室试验和小型中间连续试验,明确了宜昌磷矿制尿素过磷酸钙的可行性。通过与先前实验的比较,可以认为在制尿素过磷酸钙时,宜昌磷矿的反应活性介于摩洛哥磷矿与开阳磷矿之间。通常,较低的熟化温度对尿素过磷酸钙产品的品质有利。研究表明,尿素过磷酸钙新工艺较“固化无机酸”(或称固体解磷剂)工艺更适合我国国情,值得推广应用。
Through a series of laboratory tests and small intermediate continuous tests, the feasibility of producing urea superphosphate in Yichang phosphate rock was clarified. By comparison with previous experiments, it can be considered that the reactivity of Yichang phosphate rock is between the Moroccan phosphate rock and the Kaiyang phosphate rock when making urea superphosphate. In general, a lower maturation temperature benefits the quality of the urea superphosphate product. The research shows that the new process of urea superphosphate is more suitable for our national conditions than “solidified inorganic acid” (or solid phosphoric acid) process, which is worth to be popularized and applied.
