目的:探讨长期不同强度游泳运动对生长期大鼠骨代谢生化指标及骨量的影响。方法:4周龄雄性SD大鼠48只分为无负重游泳组(ZS组)、负重3%游泳组(TS组)、负重6%游泳组(SS组)、负重9%游泳组(NS组)、实验对照组(EC组,放入温度相同的浅水中自由浸泡60分钟)及安静对照组(NC组)。游泳训练共10周,每周训练6天,每次60分钟。实验后测试各组大鼠血清ALP(碱性磷酸酶)、TRAP(抗酒石酸盐酸性磷酸酶)、BGP(骨钙素)、T(睾酮)、C(皮质醇)水平及BMD(骨密度)和BMC(骨矿含量)。结果:(1)SS组右侧股骨BMD、BMC均显著高于NC组、EC组和ZS组(P<0.05,P<0.01),TS组右侧股骨BMD、BMC均显著高于ZS组(P<0.05)。(2)SS组血清ALP、BGP水平非常显著高于NC组、EC组、ZS组和NS组(P<0.01),血清BGP水平显著高于TS组(P<0.05),血清TRAP水平显著高于NC组、EC组和ZS组(P<0.05)。TS组血清ALP水平显著高于NC组、EC组和ZS组(P<0.05),血清BGP水平显著高于ZS组(P<0.05)。结论:适宜强度游泳运动能促进生长期大鼠骨发育。
Objective: To investigate the effects of long-term swimming with different intensities on the biochemical markers of bone metabolism and bone mass in growing rats. Methods: Forty eight male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into 4 groups: the no-load swimming group (ZS group), the 3% swimming group (TS group), the 6% swimming group (SS group), the 9% swimming group ), Experimental control group (EC group, free immersion in shallow water with the same temperature for 60 minutes) and quiet control group (NC group). Swim training for 10 weeks, training 6 days a week, each time 60 minutes. After the experiment, the levels of ALP, TRAP, BGP, T, C and cortisol were measured in all groups, And BMC (bone mineral content). Results: (1) The BMD and BMC in right femur of SS group were significantly higher than those in NC group, EC group and ZS group (P <0.05, P <0.01). The right femur BMD and BMC in TS group were significantly higher than those in ZS group P <0.05). (2) The levels of serum ALP and BGP in SS group were significantly higher than those in NC group, EC group, ZS group and NS group (P <0.01), and the level of BGP in serum was significantly higher than that in TS group (P <0.05) In NC group, EC group and ZS group (P <0.05). Serum ALP level in TS group was significantly higher than that in NC group, EC group and ZS group (P <0.05), serum BGP level was significantly higher than that in ZS group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Suitable intensity swimming can promote the development of bone in the growth period.
