江苏射阳县在加快工业经济发展的同时,始终坚持“环保优先”的发展战略,强化源头管理,严格项目审批程序,坚决摒弃“先污染后治理,边治理边污染”的发展模式,通过深入开展“整治违法排污企业,保障群众健康”、“清查放射源,让百姓放心”和集中式饮用水源地整治等专项行动,搬迁、关停排污企业24家,有效地保障了群众的环境权益。目前该县县域环境质量总体保持稳定,各项检测数据都符合国家标准,全县饮用水源水质达标率为98．6%,横贯县城区内的小洋河再现水清、鱼欢的喜人场景。

It resolutely abandons the development mode of “pollution control first and pollution control” We carried out special operations such as remediation of illegal sewage companies and protection of people's health, inventory of radioactive sources and reassurance of people, and remediation of centralized drinking water sources, relocating and shutting down 24 sewage disposal companies, effectively safeguarding the masses' environmental rights and interests . At present, the environmental quality of the county's counties remained generally stable. The testing data all met the national standards. The drinking water source compliance rate of the county was 98.6%. The Xiao Yang River within the county area was well-resurrected and the scene was gratifying.
