Chloroperoxidase (CPO) was immobilized by konjac glucomannan (KGM) on the 1-butyl-3-methyl imidazolium tetrafluor- oborate [BMIM][BF_4]/Nafion modified glassy carbon electrode. The electrochemical behaviors of the immobilized CPO were investigated by cyclic voltammetry. The results showed that CPO was successfully immobilized on the GCE and underwent fast direct electron transfer reactions with the formal potential at -0.3 V vs.SCE.The modified electrode showed a good catalytic activity for electrocatalytical reduction of O_2 and H_2O_2.
