浆细胞白血病是恶性浆细胞病中最为罕见的血液病。徐瑞荣等综合国内浆细胞白血病47例进行了文献报道,主要是临床资料和形态学特点,细胞化学染色结果尚未介绍。我们最近收集3例浆细胞白血病骨髓涂片,对其进行了15种细胞化学染色,现将染色结果报道如下。 1 材料与方法 1.1 标本来源 标本选自我院血液病研究室确诊的3例浆细胞白血病(男1例,女2例,年龄38～58岁)骨髓片,按染色要求固定染色。 1.2 染色 1.2.1 酶类:过氧化物酶染色、氯乙酸AS-D萘酯酶染色、。-乙酸萘酯酶染色、酸性。-乙酸萘酯酶染色、酸性磷酸酶染色、碱性磷酸酶染色、5′-核苷酸酶染色。 1.2.2 糖类:过碘酸——Schiff反应、阿利新蓝染色、罗丹尼蓝染色、甲苯胺蓝染色。
Plasma cell leukemia is the most common blood disease in malignant plasma cell disease. Xu Ruirong and other comprehensive domestic plasma cell leukemia 47 cases were reported in the literature, mainly clinical data and morphological characteristics, cytochemical staining results have not yet been introduced. We recently collected 3 cases of plasma cell leukemia bone marrow smears and performed 15 kinds of cytochemical staining. The staining results are reported below. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Specimen Sources Specimens were selected from 3 cases of plasma cell leukemia (male 1 and female 2; age 38-58 years) diagnosed in our laboratory’s Department of Hematology, fixed and stained according to staining requirements. 1.2 Staining 1.2.1 Enzymes: peroxidase staining, chloroacetic acid AS-D naphthalene esterase staining. - Naphthyl acetate esterase staining, acidic. - Naphthyl acetate esterase staining, acid phosphatase staining, alkaline phosphatase staining, 5’-nucleotidase staining. 1.2.2 Carbohydrates: Periodic acid - Schiff reaction, aliocyanine staining, Rhodanyl blue staining, toluidine blue staining.
