社会帮教是近几年出现的新事物,实践证明它在教育挽救失足者(主要是青少年),预防违法犯罪现象发生方面发挥了积极作用。但是发展不平衡,也有不少是徒有虚名,实绩甚微的。总的来说,社会帮教工作尚处于探索阶段。要使这一新事物保持旺盛的生命力,能在综合治理社会治安中发挥更大作用,还有许多具体问题要通过实践加以解决和不断完善,也有许多理论课题值得深入探讨。 Social assistance has emerged as a new phenomenon in recent years.
