本工作研究了应力比和载荷频率对高强度低碳硅锰钢在蒸馏水及3.5%NaCl溶液中腐蚀疲劳断口形貌的影响。试验结果表明,在介质影响疲劳裂纹扩展行为的范围内的断口上,随着应力比的增加或者载荷频率的减小,应力腐蚀开裂的断口形貌所占比例逐渐增加。根据多视域的观测结果,建立起了腐蚀疲劳断裂机制示意图。
This work studied the effect of stress ratio and load frequency on the corrosion fatigue fracture morphology of high strength low carbon Si-Mn steels in distilled water and 3.5% NaCl solution. The experimental results show that the proportion of fracture morphology in stress corrosion cracking gradually increases with the increase of stress ratio or the decrease of load frequency in the fracture range where the medium affects the fatigue crack propagation behavior. According to the multi-view observation results, a schematic diagram of corrosion fatigue fracture mechanism is established.
