我厂铸工车间1967年曾自制三台辗盘直径为1500毫米的非标准混砂机,投产以来,使用正常,但内外刮砂板磨损严重,试用过的铸铁、钢板等内外刮砂板,最短寿命2~3天,最长的一个月左右,这不仅给生产带来麻烦,而且浪费材料,型砂质量也不稳定。为此,在车间党支部领导下,发挥以工人为主体的三结合作用,在内外刮砂板的下沿面及外侧边,镶焊了废硬质合金片。废硬质合金片是由山岩石风钻钎头上取下的废品,从某铁矿买进的,牌号YG8或YG6,图1为废硬质合金片的测绘尺寸。
Our factory foundry workshop made three sets of non-standard sand mills with a diameter of 1,500 mm in 1967. Since its start-up, the mill has been used normally.
