Zn,Cd,Pb,Sb等金属的挥发速率与温度和压力的关系作了研究,结合国外的数据,归纳提出典型曲线和表达式,曲线以临界压Pcrit为界分两部分,高于Pcrit,残余气体起主要作用,金属挥发速率ω,随压力增大而减小,有logω=a一bp残;小于Pcrit时,金属的蒸气压起决定作用,ω在一定温度时为定值,此规律对实践有重要意义,如确定作业的真空度,温度,加大设备生产率,不污染环境,在真空中不氧化金属,不使金属溶解气体,还可以脱除金属中的气体等。
The relationship between the volatilization rate of Zn, Cd, Pb and Sb and temperature and pressure has been studied.
