本文总结分析7例晚期卵巢癌在进行首次细胞减灭术中伴肠道切除及吻合的患者，在手术后动用完全胃肠外营养进行治疗的临床应用价值，结果7例患者术后营养状态都得到明显改善，未出现肠道局部及全身并发症，肠道功能恢复良好，并由于应用了完全胃肠外营养，提前了首次腹腔化疗的时间。因此，晚期卵巢癌患者在进行了细胞减灭伴肠道手术以后，运用完全胃肠外营养是必要的、可行的。有利于术后恢复及化疗应用。
This article summarizes the clinical application of total parenteral nutrition in 7 patients with advanced ovarian cancer who underwent initial cytoreductive surgery with intestinal resection and anastomosis. Results The postoperative nutritional status of all 7 patients Significant improvement was achieved with no local and systemic complications of the gut and good bowel function, and the timing of the first intraperitoneal chemotherapy was advanced due to the use of complete parenteral nutrition.
