人事档案是人事管理工作的重要组成部分。我国人事制度改革的深入使得人事档案管理工作诸多问题日益凸显:人事档案管理规范化、标准化、现代化水平低等等,是制约人事档案管理的最大瓶颈。为此,要从增强对人事档案管理的认识,提高人事档案管理的三化水平入手,进一步完善人事档案管理工作。
Personnel files is an important part of personnel management. The deepening of the personnel system reform in our country has made many problems in the management of personnel files increasingly prominent. The standardization, standardization and low level of modernization of personnel files are the biggest bottlenecks that restrict the management of personnel files. Therefore, it is necessary to start with the three levels of personnel file management and to further improve the management of personnel files from the perspective of enhancing personnel file management.
