切流与横向轴流组合式谷物联合收割机,大部分切流脱粒凹板仅入口间隙可以调节,而分离凹板间隙不可调节,在很大程度上影响了脱粒与分离效果,当作物潮湿或含杂草较多时,会使谷物分离损失增加,甚至出现脱不净现象,而当作物干燥时,又会有过多的杂余存在,增加了清选负荷,造成清选损失。这里介绍的脱粒与分离凹板调节装置,脱粒凹板入口间隙、出口间隙与分离凹板间隙全部可以调节,在收获不同作物和作业条件不同时,可以快速灵活调节凹板间隙,大大提高了机器对作物的造应性,减少了谷粒损失,提升了谷物脱粒质量。
